Bassam Saffaf appeals the denial of his Rule 29.07(d) 1 motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Because Saffaf s imposition of sentence was suspended, there is no final judgment to support appellate jurisdiction and the appeal must be dismissed. Although we construe Saffafs appeal as a petition for a writ of mandamus to require the circuit court to allow him to withdraw his plea, Saffaf has not established legal error or an abuse of discretion, and he is not entitled to relief.
