1. There is a motion to dismiss the writ of error. The bill of exceptions and the certificate of the judge, which constitute the writ of error, are regular on their faces in every respect, as they appear in this court. The record shows on its face that the bill of exceptions was presented, certified, filed, and served in the manner and in the time provided by law. The certificate is dated March 20, 1942.
