This appeal is from an order of a probate court closing administration on the estate of Carrol W. Price and discharging the appellee as administratrix. This order contained the following specific findings that are material here: that the only asset of the estate was a 3.62-acre tract of real estate; that the same had been occupied by the decedent and his widow, the administratrix, as their homestead; that the widow and minor children of the decedent were residing upon the property; that the title to the real property is vested in the five children of the decedent,…
