Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rings County (Carroll, J.), rendered December 12, 2012, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (three counts) and criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the indictment is dismissed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings consistent with CPL 160.50.
