MEMORANDUM OPINION
TURK, Chief Judge.
The issue before the court is whether plaintiff’s complaint alleging that defendant disclosed a security interest which is void under Virginia’s poor debtor’s exemption statute states a claim for which relief can be granted under the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq., and the regulation promulgated thereto (Regulation Z), 12 C.F.R. §§ 226 et seq.
