The appellants and the appellee entered into an agreement, dated July 28, 1966, under the terms of which appellee agreed to advance the sum of $5,000.00 “for administrative and printing costs to form a non-profit corporation to be known as National College Award Foundation.” The duties and obligations of the appellants are not specifically stated, but it is implied that they would furnish services rather than money as their part of the investment.
