Appellants, claiming to be members of the. Flat Lick Baptist Church, and three of .them, viz., J. H. Poynter, W. R. Ping, and R. M. Testerman, to be trustees of the church, brought this suit in equity in the Pulaski circuit court against appellees, members of the same church, three of whom, Andrew Phelps, Perry James, and Arthur Hubbell, also claim to be trustees of the church, to obtain by judgment of the court the right to use the church building one Saturday and Sunday of each month for purposes of divine worship, and to recover of appellees a…
