Ainsworth was charged with the theft of an automobile. The undisputed evidence shows that the victim permitted Ainsworth to drive her car. Later, when the victim refused Ainsworth's invitation of sexual conduct and repulsed his physical advances, he told her that she could either do what he wanted or get out of the car and walk.
