Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Kavanagh, J.), rendered May 19, 2006 in Ulster County, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of assault in the first degree (two counts), criminal use of a firearm in the first degree (two counts), assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree (five counts), criminal mischief in the second degree (six counts) and criminal mischief in the third degree.
