Defendant pled guilty to attempted obtaining by false pretenses property over the value of $100, MCL 750.218; MSA 28.415; MCL 750.92; MSA 28.287, and to being an habitual offender, third offense, MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083. The factual basis of the plea was defendant’s admission that he phoned the victim on more than one occasion, identified himself as a woman who became pregnant as a result of an affair with the victim’s husband, and asked the victim for money to pay for an abortion.
