MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING SANCTIONS
MARVIN ISGUR, Bankruptcy Judge.
Terry Luedtke and George Luedtke seek sanctions against Tracy Knight, John Leonard, Russell, Leonard, Key and Key, PLLC, and Ronald Yandell. The central issue is whether the bankruptcy petitions in these two cases were filed in bad faith. On October 5, 2006, the Court conducted an extensive evidentiary hearing on this matter.
