MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRUCE W. BLACK, Bankruptcy Judge.
This chapter 7 case is before the court on the trustee’s motion for authorization to (1) liquidate the employee benefit plan (the “Plan”) 1 of Mid-States Express, Inc. (the “Debtor”); (2) disburse the corpus of the Plan to Plan participants; (3) pay the administrative expenses associated with liquidation and disbursement of the Plan from the corpus of the Plan; and (4) waive any distribution for Plan participants whose account balances are less than one hundred dollars.
