Following a four-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Elizabeth Armstrong, on her claims of hostile work environment, disparate treatment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Fla.
