OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Jon Stillwell, appeals from the judgment entries of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, convicting and sentencing him for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. For the reasons herein, we affirm appellant's convictions but reverse and remand the matter for resentencing pursuant to State v. Foster, 109 Ohio St.3d 1,2006-Ohio-856.
