This case involves the estate of Belle H. Tilghman, which has been the subject matter of prolonged litigation. Administration was originally undertaken in the Orphans’ Court of Talbot County and thereafter two suits were instituted in the Circuit Court of that county involving the estate. The case has been before this Court on three prior occasions: Tilghman v.
