Before the Court is Defendant’s Application for Bail Pending Appeal From a Judgment of Conviction, filed on July 12, 1985. Defendant was convicted by a jury verdict returned on April 11, 1985, of the offense of aiding and abetting, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2, the offense of possession with intent to distribute approximately 7.5 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
