SUMMARY ORDER
Kyle Dennis appeals from a judgment granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Christopher Hopkins, Risha Stakes, and Taimeka Jenkins on Dennis’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. The complaint alleges that the defendants failed to protect Dennis from serious harm in -violation of the Eighth Amendment. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, the procedural history, and the issues presented for review.
