Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in an eminent domain proceeding following a second trial by jury. The first judgment, on plaintiff’s appeal, was reversed for errors of law committed by the trial court: (1) failure to give cautionary instructions relative to sales to condemners; (2) re*4fusai to admit into evidence certain photographs of the property offered by plaintiff; and (3) restriction of plaintiff’s cross-examination of defendants’ expert witnesses on property values.
