Decree was entered in the circuit court, granting plaintiff a divorce on the ground of cruelty, dismissing defendant’s cross-bill for separate maintenance, and adjusting property matters and alimony. Amended and supplemental decrees were later made.

Both bill and cross-bill contained the usual sworn averments denying collusion. Defendant was very confident of decree in her favor. After the decree was entered, she made a motion to vacate it on the ground of collusion.
