Appellants in this controversy are the six children of Conrad Gr. Schiffner and Anna Schiffner, late of Walla Walla county, Washington. The oldest child, Conrad E. Schiffner, is executor of his father’s will, and the same relief is sought by him on this appeal as is sought by the six children. Despondent is the second wife and surviving widow of Conrad Gr. Schiffner.
