In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant Allstate Insurance Company appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dollard, J.), entered August 18, 2005, which, upon an order of the same court dated August 3, 2005, granting that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment, is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the principal sum of $75,000, plus interest from July 9, 2004.
