Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), rendered December 8, 2014, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree (two counts).

On Monday, April 21, 2014, employees opened offices at a hospital in the City of Elmira, Chemung County and discovered that two laptop computers had been stolen over the weekend.
