The building involved in this controversy is situated on the southwest corner of Broadway and Ninety-fifth street, in the borough of Manhattan, New York city, and is a one-story structure about thirty feet high. Ninety-fifth street, after crossing Broadway, inclines sharply downward, and there is one floor approximately on Broadway, and another underneath approximately on the Ninety-fifth street level.
