Milltex Industries Corp. v. Jacquard Lace Co.

Milltex Industries Corporation ("Milltex") appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Jacquard Lace Company, Ltd. ("Jacquard"), on Jacquard's claim for monies owed on account and on Milltex's counterclaim for breach of contract. Because there were no triable issues of fact and Jacquard was entitled to a judgment as a matter of law, we affirm.
