MEMORANDUM OPINION
ARCENEAUX, District Judge.
Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment of Commercial Union Insurance Company (CU), the motion for declaratory judgment of Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London, and other companies, and the motion for partial summary judgment of Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London (collectively Lloyd’s). The issue presented is the amount of insurance coverage provided by the insurance policies written by CU. Oral argument was held on September 10, 1986.
