STATEMENT OF THE CASE

[1] Appellant-Defendant, Joseph Backenstoes (Backenstoes), appeals his conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (SVF), a Level 4 felony.

[2] We affirm.

ISSUE
