At the conclusion of the evidence presented by plaintiff-petitioner, Carlos Hugo Irizarry, in an action to recover for the damages suffered as a result of the electrocution of certain bovine cattle, the defendant Water Resources Authority moved for the dismissal of the complaint pursuant to the provisions of Rule 39.2 of the Rules of Civil Procedure of *4061958.1 The trial court granted the motion and rendered a judgment which copied verbatim reads, as follows:
