RAMEY, Chief Justice.
Following a four-month jury trial, Appellant Billy Wayne Stokes was convicted on May 19, 1988, of the offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentenced to 15 years’ confinement. On appeal, Appellant raises four points of error. We affirm the conviction.
By his first point of error, Appellant alleges that the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for directed verdict. We will construe this point as a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. Madden v. State, 799 S.W.2d 683 (Tex.Cr.App.1990). In…
