Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Firetog, J.), rendered November 10, 2008, convicting him of murder in the second degree and robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his contention that certain testimony by the detectives violated his right to confrontation (see CPL 470.05 [2]).
