Lewis appeals from the October 31, 2000 order of the trial court granting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s petition for forfeiture, and forfeiting and transferring Lewis’ house to the custody of the Philadelphia County District Attorney’s Office pursuant to the Controlled Substances Forfeiture Act (Forfeiture Act), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 6801-6802.
