This action arises out of a discrimination claim filed by plaintiff, Mary McKearney (“McKearney”), against her former employer, Think New Ideas, Inc. ("Think Inc.”), Answer Think Consulting Group, Inc. (“Answer Think”),2 and her former supervisor Daniel McCartney (“McCartney”). In her complaint, McKearney alleges constructive discharge (Count I), gender discrimination in violation of G.L.c. 151B, §4 (Count II) and pregnancy discrimination in violation of G.L.c. 151B, §4(11A) and G.L.c. 149, §105D (Count III).
