This case was appealed to the Arkansas Supreme Court and assigned to the Arkansas Court of Appeals pursuant to Rule 29(3).

Appellant appeals from a final order of adoption granted to appellee. The persons adopted are Michael Earl Brown and Christopher Allen Brown, minor sons of appellant and Eva Jeanette Fleming (formerly Brown). Appellant and Mrs. Fleming divorced on March 22, 1974 and on May 1, 1976, Mrs. Fleming married the appellee.
