1Opinion of the Court

McCOY, J. pro tem. *

This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment of the Municipal Court of the Long Beach Judicial District dismissing its action. The judgment was entered following an order sustaining defendant’s demurrer to the first amended complaint without leave to amend. The Appellate Department of the Superior Court for Los Angeles County-reversed the judgment with directions and, on its own motion certified to this court, pursuant to rule 63, California Rules of Court, that a transfer appears necessary to settle an important question of law. We transferred the case for that purpose.
