FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

BEER, District Judge.

In this matter, removed by the defendants from Louisiana state court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction, plaintiff seeks recovery for unpaid wages, penalty wages, and attorneys’ fees as provided by state statute. Plaintiff also seeks recovery for the tort of intentional infliction of emotional distress. This matter was tried without a jury on March 3, 4, 1983, and was thereafter taken under submission.
