Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schenectady County (Powers, J.), entered July 3, 2012, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s child to be neglected.

Respondent (hereinafter the mother) and Joseph DD. (hereinafter the father) are the unmarried parents of Josephine BB. (born in 2008), who resided with the mother from her birth.
