'WELCH, J.
This is an original action for writ of prohibition to restrain the county judge of Pottawatomie county from enforcing an alleged void judgment ousting the relators as members of the school board of consolidated school district No. 3 in said county. C. T. Barton and O. O. McMahan are relators, and W. M. Haight, as county judge of Pottawatomie county, state of Oklahoma, is respondent. The parties will be referred to as relators and respondent.
