Nicholas A. Svetich, appellant-respondent, brings this interlocutory appeal from an order in a dissolution proceeding requiring him to pay attorney fees and expenses as well as arrearages in support payments to his wife, Mary Josephine Svetich, appel-lee-petitioner. The following issues are presented here:(1) whether the trial court erred in ordering respondent to pay petitioner the sum of $14,984.76, for arrearages in the payment of petitioner’s bills and expenses;(2) whether the trial court erred in awarding $5,478.84 of the arrearages in that such amount was a…
