In separate administrative review actions, plaintiff Mikel L. Sutton appealed the November 5, 1984, and July 1, 1985, Secretary of State denials of his requests for reinstatement of driving privileges. In orders entered October 29, 1985, and November 5, 1985, the circuit court denied the relief sought.
