SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.
Linda Trigg, daughter of the decedent and beneficiary under his last will and testament, protested the interim settlement of the executor, George Herndon, in the probate division of the circuit court. The objection was to the sale at public auction of a Cadillac sedan for $4,500 to one Joanna Herndon, wife of the executor. The formal objection was that the transfer, without consent of the sole residuary beneficiary of the will, was a breach of fiduciary duty and a violation of § 473.477, RSMo 1978.
