On February 4, 1895, Emma A. Miller, joined by her husband W. B. Miller, brought an action of trespass to try title against E. H. East, F. E. Dycus, M. M. Miller, Jr., and others, to recover the west half of a survey of six hundred and forty acres of land lying in Archer County and patented to Madison M. Miller as assignee of George W. Barnett. On the 28th of October of the same year Mrs. M. E.
