Plaintiffs, Terrance Lee, James M. Schnur and Mary Ann Schnur, husband and wife, Lucian W. Dressel and Eva B. Dres-sel, husband and wife, appeal an order of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County dismissing their petition for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
