MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAY L. GUECK, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtor-defendant, Jamie Lynn Irvin, filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on April 1, 1982. That petition listed a stipulated Judgment obtained by Betty Ann Lovato, the plaintiff herein, in the amount of $5,200.00. Plaintiff has filed a complaint alleging this obligation to be non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) on the grounds that the actions of the debtor which gave rise to the Judgment were willful and malicious.
