The plaintiff in error was convicted of murder in the first degree, and has elected to bring up the entire record under section 136 of the Criminal Procedure act. His counsel in the argument of the case urged a reversal upon the ground that the evidence must leave a reasonable doubt of the defendant’s guilt in every considerate mind, and relied upon our opinion in Kohl v.
