In this commercial dispute, plaintiff, Archangel Diamond Corporation, appeals the order dismissing its claims and the summary judgment entered in favor of defendants, Arkhangelskgeoldobycha (AGD) and Lukoil, for lack of personal jurisdiction.

The primary issues in this appeal are (1) whether the trial court erred in resolving factual disputes to determine whether it could exercise personal jurisdiction over the nonresident defendants; and (2) whether the court erred in concluding it lacked such jurisdiction.
