MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LISI, District Judge.

Defendant, Angel E. Rosario (Rosario), petitions this court to suppress certain evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant issued by a United States Magistrate Judge. Rosario alleges as grounds for his suppression motion that the affidavit upon which the search warrant was based failed to establish a nexus between Rosario’s alleged criminal activity, the apartment to be searched, and the items to be seized.
