Ray Parker Junior appeals his convictions for malice murder, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, all in connection with the death of Jorge Duque. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Construed to support the verdicts, the evidence showed that Duque, Jose Trochez, and Marcos Almendariz were in the parking lot of an apartment complex next to Duque’s pickup truck when they were approached by three men. Junior was one of the men and wielded a pistol. Junior and the other two men told Duque, Trochez, and Almendariz that they wanted money…
