Before this Court is the Joint Motion of Great Lakes Funding and RFCBC, Inc. for the appointment of a Trustee. At the Hearing scheduled on this matter, all the Parties with an interest in this case were afforded the opportunity to present evidence and make arguments in support of their respective positions.
