This case now comes up on a motion by the complainant, the Atlantic Trust Company, for a final decree of foreclosure, and an order of sale of the property of the Woodbridge Canal & Irrigation Company, covered by a certain mortgage or deed, of trust executed by the defendant corporation to the complainant on July 17, 1891, to secure the payment of an issue of 100 bonds by said complainant to the Woodbridge Canal & Irrigation Company.
