for the Court.

¶ 1. This attorney disciplinary proceeding began when attorney Frank H. Shaw, Jr., submitted detailed information to the Mississippi Bar regarding advancements which he made to clients. An investigation began, resulting in a formal Complaint being filed by the Mississippi Bar on January 17, 2003, alleging that Shaw violated Rules 1.8 and 8.4 of the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct.
