(After stating the foregoing facts.) The court properly granted an injunction against the collection of so much of the tax levy complained of as is in excess of the sum of 2.18 mills on the dollar; that is, enjoined the tax levy in so far as the same applies to the territory which is embraced in what was originally Hammock Springs School District at the time of its consolidation with Donalsonville School District No. 13.
